For most students, confirmation at DUMC takes place in 6th grade. But for students who came to DUMC after 6th grade or who did not go through confirmation during that time, we also offer a class tailored especially for older students.
Any student in grades 7 -12 is eligible for our Older Confirmation Class. Additionally, these students are also eligible to attend the confirmation retreat where they will have their own small group time and special programming. Confirmation is a special time for all students in the church and so if you have been thinking of taking the steps towards membership, now is a great time to join the class.
