Seniorcizers, a free, coed exercise class for senior adults has been in recess during the summer. It will resume Thursday, September 7 at 9:00 a.m. in the church Aerobics Room on the second floor of the Activities Building.

The one hour class is designed for all levels of senior fitness. There are low impact movements, stretching, balance and strength work. Chairs are provided for everyone as all activities can be performed sitting if preferred.
