Checks will be mailed no later than four weeks after the sale.
Volunteering entitles you entry to the sale prior to the general public! Complimentary childcare during work shifts will be provided by registration only. Nursery is provided on a first come, first serve basis – make your reservation. These volunteer shifts are a lot of work and people are HUNGRY!! We need people to sign up to help feed our generous volunteers. Click HERE to volunteer to make food.
Consignors receive 2/3 of the selling price. The sale retains 1/3. All proceeds from the Dunwoody United Methodist Church Kids Consignment Sale will be donated to DUMC approved charities. The sale is run solely by volunteers.
Consignors must adhere to the Dunwoody Methodist Church Kids Consignment Sale guidelines. Please print and read these guidelines. as they are updated for each sale.
All items must be in excellent condition. No stains, tears, holes or outdated clothing will be accepted. The sale will perform quality control checks at Check-In and during the sale.
A $10 non-refundable registration fee must be collected before your seller number will be valid. Registration can be paid online through PayPal or a check can be sent to the church.
Consignors have the option to pick up unsold items on Sunday from 4:00 to 4:30pm after the sale. If unsold items are marked "Do Not Donate" and not picked up, a "No Show" fee of $25 will be taken out of your final check. All items not picked up will be donated to charity. No Exceptions!
The DUMC Kids Consignment Sale is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise or any errors.
You may choose to donate your gently used children's clothing, furniture, toys, or other items to our sale. The proceeds from your items will go to charities benefiting women and children.
Drop off your items in the marked bin located outside the Young Adult Area in the church activities building one month before the sale.
