Changed from the Inside OutTalking about our emotions can be difficult. When it comes to feelings, many of us simply stuff them down, cover them up, and keep going. But, how might our lives and relationships transform if we gave our emotions more attention? Join DUMC this Lenten season, as we dive into the biblical stories that lead to the cross, drawing inspiration and understanding from the emotions of Jesus and his disciples. Together, we’ll learn how spending a little more time with our hearts can bring us closer to God and begin to change us from the inside out.
