Pray 5 times a day.
Choose a schedule that works for you. Or start simple by praying first thing in the morning, at meals, and before bed. Your prayers can be short, long, shallow, deep – the important thing is to get into the practice of talking and listening to God. To get started, try this simple prayer:
Loving God, thank you for this day.
Open my heart, my hands, and my lips
To love, to do, and to speak in such a way that you are present at
all times and in all places and with everyone I meet. In your name I
pray. Amen.
